All I Can Say is…..Alright! Here is the post from PreInsiders:
It has been rumored since shortly after it’s unveiling at CES that the Palm Pre will indeed receive Flash Player support on it’s browser. However, up until now we never had any idea of just when it would be available. Lucky for us, Adobe released a statement earlier this week saying that it’s mobile Flash Player 10 will be released this October. Among the supported devices is the Palm Pre, and omitted from the very same list is the iPhone (so gloat all you want, Pre users). However, the release will only be distributed to beta testers and developers working directly with Palm, so regular Pre users probably won’t see a flash browser on their Pre until late 2009 or 2010. While the wait is long, it will yield great benefits for web-based applications as well as native run ones as developers will have access to much more than static webpages.
